Welcome to our website. If you are currently a tenant, we want to thank you for your business. We encourage you to review the page devoted to your particular property on a periodic basis. We post links and information that may be of interest to you.
If you are not yet a tenant, we want you to be one! We are very proud of our properties and are always adding new ones. If the property that you are interested in is not available, please send us an email with your interest. A lease may be expiring or we may be under contract to purchase another unit in the same complex.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple. We purchase quality condominiums in complexes that we have researched. We rehabilitate them if necessary, and strive to maintain them well. We treat our tenants with courtesy and respect, and value each and every one. Our goal is to own and maintain our properties such that we would be happy to live in them ourselves. We treat you how we would want to be treated.
Holdings
Most of our properties are in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley. They stretch from Green Valley in Henderson to Summerlin. Each property has easy access to Route 215 and none are more than 20 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip. See each individual property for exact travel times and location. We offer one, two, and three bedroom condominiums. Almost all units are the second floor of two story buildings. We feel that this provides for enhanced safety and reduced noise.
